Our Developments

Our recent developments range from restoring and remodeling a 1920’s Spanish Revival Mansion to designing and buildng custom homes of various designs, ranging from a Pacific Island Ocean View Contemporary to a Beach Front Three Story Tuscan with Elevator.    Here some photos of our recent developments.   We normally only design and develop properties for our real estate clients and ourselves. 

Most of our pojects have some sort of green friendly aspect to them.   We feel there can be a balance for creating both wealth and sustainability while achieving our life goals, and strive to combine both in most everything we do.  Our development services are often generated through real estate sales, where we offer discounts for specific items when we are involved and get paid for a real estate transaction.   The following is a list of services we provide:

  • INITIAL DEVELOPMENT FEASIBILITY STUDY – We offer for free a three hour consultatino valued at $600.00.  The feasibility studay can include a site visit, invistigation of zoning and zoning overlays, and other features that may affect future developlent or your property.   Though these studies are general and non-conclusive, they can provide valuable information to help  you decide whether to take on a project or not.  
  • DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATION – Our development consultation can help guide you through the entire development process, from design to completing construction,  or just through certain aspects of it, depending on our needs and desires.  We offer both hourly rates and flat fees, depending on each project.   We at times also participate in projects by bringing both funding and experties for projects.   Our participation on each project is dependent our clients needs.
