Meet Our Team –
J.K. Mondol
I have been both selling and developing residential and investment real estate in Southern California for over 40 years, mainly in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Along with co-founding and operating Pacific Rim Realtors and Pacific Rim Commercial, the largest independent real estate chain in Ventura County for over a dozen years, I have been fortunate to assist many clients in achieving their goals by helping them finance, purchase, design, and develop their properties which quite often are their dream homes.
In my 30 years of owning and operating real estate and lending offices, I was able to start and mentor many wonderful agents in real estate. Quite a few of them are still in the business today, including the broker I currently work for, Bj Ward. He became part of our family in his youth, and has been dear to us ever since. He is a natural leader, was recently the President of the Board of Realtors, and is constantly striving to reach higher goals. The team we have at Comfort Real Estate is awesome to work with. Everyone here is considerate, attentive to detail, and careful about doing things the right way. My son Lee and I decided to work for Bj several years ago and now cannot imagine being anywhere else. Kali Brooks
Kali is the newest member of our team. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology, is a quick learner, and has gotten off to a great start selling properties. She possesses strong skills in Information Technology and Marketing and takes great interest in making sure we do all we can to protect the interest of our clients.
She grew up helping her family with their real estate investments and understands the important aspects of home ownership which can serve as a great asset during a real estate transaction.
Along with selling real estate, Kali is an accomplished equestrian with a passion for the outdoors. She is an excellent trainer for both dogs and horses, and spends her spare time working on her non-profit, training with horses, and teaching others to ride and care for them.
Lee Mondol
Lee has a Bachelor’s in Business and Marketing and is an exceptional real estate agent. He grew up helping with our family business in real estate and development, and understands the importance of assessing each situation individually for the purpose of creating success.
He is proficient at assessing investments and creating strategies that often produce excellent results for our clients.
Along with having a great passion for real estate, Lee is a sports enthusiast and athlete who was Nationally ranked while playing sports. He attended and played basketball and football for Ventura High School, and football for Ventura College, California Lutheran University and University of Michigan, helping his teams win many championships during his sports career.
When not working, Lee enjoys spending time with his wonderful family, wife Casey and two sons Jack and Greyson. They enjoy sports, camping, boating, and water skiing.
